Women's day comes each year with large support for change. One of the changes we seek for, is the inequality of income between men and women. This piece was created with income inequality in mind that's why I chose to put lady liberty on a coin. Unlike other coins she faces forward because she is embracing the future and not the past. The future which both men and women are paid equally. 2064 is 217 years from 2017 which was said to be the amount of years a women will wait to see the gap closed on this topic.
